Mesta Park

Mesta Park was platted as the University Addition by Anton Classen in 1902 and built out largely between 1906 and 1930. The neighborhood was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and became a local Historic Preservation District in 1994; its park is named for Perle Mesta.
